Never knew that the taste of honey are so different depending on the season of harvest and where they came from.
Going left to right, the first one : Spring 2024 Scotch Plains : Light & extremely Sweet. The next one is Fall 2024 Scotch Plains : Full bodied, lot of flavor & less sweet. The 3rd and 4th from Portugal, grown in Lavender & Thyme fields. They all look and taste so different. Who knew!!!
